Battleship Alabama - Sept. 25
This morning Pat and I are off to Fairhope to find antique stores. Later in the day we plan to visit the Battleship Alabama.
We find several antique shops in Fairhope. Pat finds a fish plate that she buys. In another shop, we find 2 ship paintings imported from England. We buy those also. We spend 2+ hours checking out the shops.
It is time now for lunch. We eat at the Yardarm Restaurant on the pier in Fairhope. See the photo below.
Now we are off to Battleship Park where we will tour the Battleship Alabama and a warplane museum.
